Digital Marketing Executive – Paid Media
£30,000 – £32,000 + benefits + hybrid working
Love paid media and want to get more hands-on across Meta and Google Ads?
We’re recruiting for a growing digital team looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who enjoys the practical side of performance marketing – building campaigns, testing creative, analysing the numbers and seeing what actually drives results.
This could be a great next move if you already have some digital marketing experience and want to build deeper expertise across paid social and paid search.
The role
Working alongside experienced channel specialists, you’ll help turn campaign ideas into live, measurable digital activity.
Expect plenty of variety, including:
- Building and launching campaigns through Meta Ads Manager
- Setting up Google Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen campaigns
- Supporting paid activity across Bing
- Creating and adapting digital assets for paid campaigns
- Writing engaging ad copy, headlines and calls-to-action
- Building and updating campaign landing pages
- Managing audiences, targeting and campaign budgets
- Checking campaigns thoroughly before they go live
- Making creative, copy and budget changes based on performance
- Running A/B tests across ads, creative and landing pages
- Tracking metrics including CTR, CPA, conversions and ROI
- Using the data to spot trends and opportunities to improve results
- Working with marketing, web and digital colleagues to get campaigns live on time
About you
We’re not looking for someone who ticks every possible box.
What’s more important is that you already understand digital marketing, have a real interest in paid media and performance, and want to keep developing your skills.
You’ll ideally have:
- Some hands-on digital marketing experience
- Exposure to Meta advertising / paid social
- A good understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign performance
- Confidence using data and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Good copywriting and communication skills
- The ability to juggle different campaigns and deadlines
- A creative eye for digital content
- Curiosity – you’ll want to understand why one campaign performs better than another
Any experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools would be a bonus, but certainly isn’t essential.
What's in it for you?
This is a role where you can genuinely broaden your digital skillset.
You’ll gain exposure across paid social, paid search, creative testing, analytics, landing pages and conversion-focused marketing, while learning from people with deeper specialist expertise.
So, if you’re already working in digital marketing but want your next role to give you more hands-on paid media experience and greater exposure to performance marketing, this could be well worth exploring.
