The role
- Lead and optimise organic + paid social campaigns across all key platforms.
- Manage and grow a thriving online community, encouraging meaningful conversations.
- Deliver a monthly content plan focused on reach, engagement and conversion.
- Create compelling digital content, including video and story-led campaigns.
- Manage and optimise Google Ads activity.
- Ensure all content is SEO/GEO optimised to strengthen brand visibility.
- Track performance, report on KPIs and inform future strategy.
- Work collaboratively with wider marketing and content teams.
What you’ll bring
- Hands-on experience across social media management (organic & paid).
- Strong community management skills.
- Confidence with Google Ads, analytics and SEO best practice.
