Director of Marketing will take full ownership of marketing performance, with a strong emphasis on high-volume direct marketing, digital channels, CRM, and data-led decision making. You’ll lead a capable in-house team and work closely with specialist agencies to deliver measurable growth.
Responsible for ensuring marketing activity delivers a predictable flow of qualified customers within agreed acquisition budgets, while continuing to strengthen brand trust and long-term customer relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and optimising high-spend direct marketing campaigns (
- Owning digital marketing strategy and performance, including agency management
- Driving multi-channel B2C campaigns, direct mail, digital, email, SMS and telesales
- Managing marketing operations to ensure flawless execution at pace and scale
- Overseeing and developing the marketing technology stack and CRM capability
- Partnering cross-functionally with operations, customer services, sales and IT
- Managing and forecasting marketing budgets, ROI and cost-per-acquisition
- Analysing campaign performance and using insight to continuously improve results
