Head of Growth
A high-growth, consumer-focused business is looking for a commercially driven Head of Growth to lead customer acquisition strategy across multi-channel marketing activity.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving high-volume customer demand, improving acquisition performance and scaling growth across both digital and offline channels.
You’ll take ownership of acquisition strategy, campaign delivery, ROI performance and channel optimisation, whilst leading a small team and working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
The Role
- Own and deliver the customer acquisition and growth strategy
- Drive high-volume B2C lead generation across multi-channel campaigns
- Manage and optimise acquisition activity across digital, direct marketing, email, SMS and offline channels
- Test and scale new routes to market including partnerships, media and brand-led activity
- Monitor and improve key metrics including CPA, conversion and ROI
- Balance customer demand generation with operational capacity
- Lead campaign planning, execution and performance analysis
- Manage agencies, suppliers and external marketing partners
- Lead and develop a small marketing team
- Use data and insight to continuously improve performance and customer journeys
About You
- Proven experience within customer acquisition, growth marketing or performance marketing
- Strong background in high-volume B2C marketing environments
- Experience delivering multi-channel acquisition campaigns
- Commercially focused with strong ROI and performance management experience
- Comfortable owning budgets, reporting and optimisation
- Strong understanding of both offline and digital marketing channels
- Data-driven with excellent analytical skills
- Able to operate at pace within a hands-on environment
- Confident influencing stakeholders cross-functionally
- Previous experience managing agencies and/or small teams
