The Opportunity
A growing business in Gloucestershire is looking to hire a Marketing Executive to support continued commercial growth.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of digital channels, customer journeys, and lead generation activity — with a direct link to revenue.
Crucially, this role offers a clear pathway into a Marketing Manager position, making it ideal for someone ready to step up over the next 12–24 months.
The Role
You’ll work across the full marketing mix, with a strong focus on, digital performance, and lead generation.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise website performance (UX, content, SEO, conversion)
- Deliver email and lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Build and optimise customer journeys and lead nurturing flows
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, PPC, paid social)
- Create content (blogs, case studies, email, social)
- Manage social media channels to drive engagement and awareness
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Work closely with sales to align marketing with pipeline targets
- Identify new opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4+ years’ experience in a digital / CRM / marketing role
- Strong understanding of email marketing, automation and lead generation
- Experience managing websites and/or eCommerce platforms
- Comfortable working across multiple channels (email, web, social, paid)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimise performance
- Proactive, hands-on and commercially aware
Desirable:
- Experience with CRM / marketing automation platforms
- Knowledge of SEO / PPC
- Background in B2B environments
