Marketing Manager – 12 month ftc
This is an opportunity for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to take ownership of a well-established marketing function within a manufacturing / technical industry environment.
Reporting into senior commercial leadership, the role focuses on executing an existing marketing strategy, maintaining momentum across all channels and ensuring consistency, performance and commercial alignment during a maternity cover period.
You’ll manage end-to-end delivery across digital marketing, multi-channel campaigns, CRM and lead management, trade shows and events, PR and content, while leading and developing a junior marketing executive. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role with visibility across the wider sales and product teams.
Key objectives include:
- Driving business growth and brand awareness through coordinated multi-channel campaigns
- Ensuring continuity and effective execution of the marketing strategy
- Managing marketing budgets and performance reporting
- Supporting lead generation, CRM accuracy and campaign optimisation
- Aligning marketing activity closely with commercial and sales objectives
The role suits a commercially minded marketer with strong B2B experience, confidence working in a technical or manufacturing environment, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. Experience managing suppliers, events and junior team members is essential.
